I can't resist posting a link to this fun quilt pattern. Yes it is free! I love these fabrics from the Chocolate Lollipop line by Anna Maria Horner. I would also like to make a hand bag out of these, or one of these diaper/wipes cases.

In the Pink
This is a quilt my mom made called "In the Pink." I love the brown and pink combination. The colors make me want to eat chocolate cake out of a pink bakery box. Yum! I used a traditional pattern in the star blocks and a contemporary flower in the alternating blocks. I was really happy with how it turned out!
